We are a 100% independent, family-owned Luxembourgish company with over 175 years’ experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry (tobacco products, smoking accessories, vaping, CBD and other nicotine products such as nicotine pouches). Within a dynamic environment towards more reduced risk products, we have embarked on an innovative journey to further strengthen our position in Europe, to grow worldwide and to enter new nicotine categories. To support our current growth, we are looking for a Global Marketing Manager NGP (m/f/d) Hollerich - Luxembourg The Global Marketing Manager NGP develops toolboxes for brand communication, activation, and design for Next Generation Products and coordinates deployment in close collaboration with the markets. The role is a creative and coordination reference point, ensuring consistent brand expression while enabling local freedom to achieve growth. You shape central campaigns, key visuals, design direction, and activation toolkits, and work closely with markets, internal stakeholders, and agencies to translate brand positioning into coherent activation across channels. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Help define brand positioning, design direction, and visual identity guidelines Develop campaign concepts, key visuals & activation playbooksBrief and coordinate creative and production agencies Lead cross-market activation projectsManage trade events from concept to on-site delivery Develop POSM and merchandising concepts and toolkits Support markets and export partners during local roll-out YOUR PROFILE:7+ years’ experience in brand management, activation, trade marketing, or creative marketingFMCG background preferred; experience in regulated categories is a plusExperience developing central or regional campaigns and design systemsExposure to international environments including export-driven marketsFluent English is mandatory, French or any other international language will be considered a strong advantageStrong expertise in brand activation, campaign development and trade marketing, including POSM, merchandising concepts and launch/event managementProven ability to lead creative processes, from briefing to agency coordination, within complex and regulated environmentsSolid project management and PMO capabilities, with a structured, organized approach and strong attention to detailEffective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across functions and culturesCreative yet pragmatic mindset, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in international and fast-paced environments WHAT WE OFFER :Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a leading company in a fast-moving consumer goods industryA dynamic and innovative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and development All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.In the context of recruitment, criminal record no. 3 will be requested.
