- Overall responsibility for the personnel and organisational management of the store - Scheduling, leadership, motivation and development of the sales team - Competent advice and friendly support of our customers as well as ensuring a first-class shopping experience - Ensuring compliance with budget targets and relevant key figures - Planning and management of the product range as well as ensuring an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation - Monitoring product availability, inventory management and ordering processes - Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards - Independent handling of all administrative tasks, including cash register reconciliations, inventories

- Basic retail training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) is mandatory, ideally in the food, agricultural or do-it-yourself sector - Several years of professional experience in retail - Experience in leading, promoting and developing employees - Very good German language skills, spoken and written - Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of sales - Flexibility, reliability and willingness to work during usual retail hours - Motivated, committed and team-oriented personality
