Position Summary Specialist Accounting & Controlling (100%) – Cham, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Finance Switzerland on all finance topics.
Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
Manage accounting, controlling, and reporting tasks.
Maintain finance systems, cost centers, and cost coding.
Support budget and MTP processes.
Assist with audits, IC S topics, and local and group‑wide finance projects.
Qualifications
At least four years of professional experience in accounting, controlling, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge of SAP, BW, Cognos or Power BI.
Experience with IFRS, audit, IC S, treasury, tax, and transfer pricing (advantageous).
Strong, structured work style and high level of ownership.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Ability to collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
Understanding of working with a shared service center (preferred).
