We are looking for you! – Immediately, full-time for direct placement for a well-known, international, innovative company in Höchstadt/Aisch.

Your tasks:

• Configuration, customization and extension of the IFS Cloud system
• Analysis, identification, prioritization and implementation of new functionalities in the ERP system in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Support in the planning, implementation and execution of projects
• Creating specifications and coordinating external IT service providers and developers
• Administration/user creation
• Training and support for users to use the system efficiently, including customizations in the ERP system
• Report creation (SQL/Crystal Reports/Power BI/IFS Report Designer/IFS Business Reporter)
• Administration for the document management system (D3) system incl. interface between D3 and the ERP system

Your qualification:

• Completed studies or training, ideally in the field of business informatics, computer science or economics
• Experience with IFS Applications or knowledge of administration and system configurations (IFS lobbies, custom objects)
• Confident handling of one or more reporting tools in the IFS environment (SQL/Crystal Reports/Power BI/IFS Report Designer/IFS Business Reporter)
• Confident handling of MS Office and good English skills
• Strong customer and service orientation and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, innovative thinking and a structured and independent way of working
• Understanding of day-to-day operations
