The LANDOLT IMMO stands for professional, personal, and committed property management. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable individual as of now or by arrangement as Property Manager who is convincing with expertise, initiative, and joy in the real estate industry.
Your Job
- Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio
- Support and advice for owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Organization and execution of apartment viewings, handovers, and inspections
- Creation and management of rental contracts as well as processing of terminations
- Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
- Collaboration with craftsmen, caretakers, and external service providers
- Processing general administrative tasks related to property management
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in property management
- Professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in management
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and a pronounced service orientation
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
- Good IT user knowledge (preferably PROPbase)
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a healthy dose of humor
