Project Manager (m/f/d) Digitalization/E-Government
We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) Digitalization/E-Government.
Your tasks include:
- Support in the planning, implementation and documentation of in-house digitization projects
- Process analysis and optimization in connection with digitalization
- Process modeling and documentation as well as mapping of processes with BPM software
- Development and expansion of online services and their connection to portals
- Planning and implementation of online forms including interfaces and workflow
- Coordination between the specialist departments and external bodies (software manufacturers, portal providers, authorities)
- Technical operation and user support for the existing forms server / document management system (DMS) infrastructure
- Implementation of in-house training courses / workshops on the subject of digitization / e-government
Your requirements profile:
- Verwaltungsfachwirt BL II (m/f/d) or Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH) – 3rd QE of the non-technical focus specialist career path administrative service (m/f/d) – with a high affinity for IT or finance administration
- Dipl.-Verwaltungsinformatiker (FH) (mwd) – 3rd QE of the natural science and technology career path, focus on administrative informatics, relevant studies at a university or vocational academy in computer science, business informatics, e-government, digital business, digitization, information management or comparable subject area, or completed relevant technical training, e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Analytical and process-oriented way of thinking, understanding of administrative structures and processes
- Knowledge and experience in project management, e-government and/or IT desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, negotiation skills, initiative, assertiveness, willingness to undergo further training as well as independent, structured and self-reliant work
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Driving license class B desirable
