Job Highlights
The Maintenance Planner role is responsible for planning plant maintenance resources to contribute to the safety, regulatory compliance, reliability, quality, and financial performance goals of the Fords Plant. The position is responsible for maintenance activity planning including CMMS data management and preventative/predictive maintenance program planning. Other responsibilities include:
- Supports site preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Plans execution of SAP Maintenance Work Orders
- Manages SAP CMMS information (BOM’s, etc.)
- Creates inspection and preventive maintenance task lists.
- Responsible for material/tool/equipment selection and procurement.
- Orders parts, performs Goods Receipts, and approves invoices in SAP
- Works with production counterparts to plan activities.
- Backs up Maintenance Supervisor/Scheduler.
Requirements
- Must have a College degree
- Must have 3 – 5 years of plant maintenance experience
- Must have CMMS experience
- Must have strong communication skills
