Job Highlights
- Manage asset utilizations by minimizing downtime to support production
- Manage & monitor routine maintenance activities, preventive maintenance and health checks for all the equipment
- Demonstrate safety culture & safe engineering practices to ensure zero incidents / accidents
- Manage repair & maintenance budget, capex spendings
- Experience on handling of mid-size projects independently
- Coordinate & execute the modifications in plant and to plan end life replacement of equipment
- Conduct root cause analysis of all break downs or failures
- Well familiar with HAZOP’s methodology, JSA, MOC, risk assessment and hazard area classification
- Prepare and execute shutdown planning for statutory testing
- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory requirements in accordance with GFR rules & other regulation
- Manage & maintain all the documents like P & ID, GA drawings and OEM manuals for rotating equipment
- Experience in SAP system, eAM module & maintain the inspection records
- Collaborate with production and site engineering team to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel and contractors
Requirements
- B. E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience in mid to big size chemical plants
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
