Technical Sales Manager

  • Focus on developing new applications and customers for product groups related to polymer additives, such as flame retardants, plasticizers, and specialty additives. The emphasis will be on the construction sector (including paint, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and elastomers), as well as composites, plastics, and transportation markets, with the goal of converting these efforts into commercial sales.
  • Provide training and education to customers, distributors, and resellers, and present papers at technical conferences to promote existing products in new markets.
  • Support customers by offering technical formulations and conducting field trials as needed.
  • Regularly doing market mapping and import analysis for existing products
  • Manage a individual sales budget for the Indian sub-region to meet the business unit’s target as part of KPIs.
  • Complete the sales process, including receivables from customers.

Ensure effective coordination among internal colleagues in Application Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and other group functions through clear communication

Requirements

Graduate in Chemicals/Chemistry or Polymers with post graduate specialization in paint or surface coating technology preferred.  Minimum 10 years of experience working in Technical sales/service or Application development or New Business development

Past or presently working in Global MNC will be advantage

Willing to travel 50% of the time at PAN India level
