Job Highlights
- Put your engineering background to use to tackle short-term projects that offer hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Analyze KPI’s to determine bad actor equipment for each process.
- Participate in predictive maintenance inspections, help determine frequency of inspections.
- Participate in root cause failure analysis for premature failures.
- Work with maintenance, production, and engineering to drive reliability projects for process units.
- Grow your skills and knowledge by working with experienced engineers and professionals.
Requirements
- Must have completed sophomore year studies in a bachelor’s level engineering program (preferably mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering)
- Ability to work full time during the Summer of 2025.
- An ability to work independently on complicated problems and within the context of multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent time management skills to balance daily activities with longer term projects
- Willingness to work both at a desk and in a manufacturing plant
- Ability to read and interpret schematic documents and drawings
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products and other business programs
