The
Lapland Welfare Area is seeking a chief physician for a permanent position in the Special Support Rehabilitation Services.
These services are part of the centralized rehabilitation services within the rehabilitation division.
Start date according to agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring rehabilitation of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism as part of a multidisciplinary team, including related medical examinations and recommendations.
- Collaborating with psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a rehabilitation coordinator, and the chief physician.
- Developing and consulting on the rehabilitation network.

Employment terms are governed by the Medical Agreement.
The position includes a six‑month probation period.
