Job Description
- Managing incoming goods in coordination with the operational departments
- Coordinating import customs clearance with all relevant parties (Purchasing, Goods Receiving, customs service providers, and suppliers) and ensuring the necessary master data, documentation, and archiving processes
- Preparing monthly reports on transportation metrics
- Reviewing and approving transportation, customs, and customs clearance invoices
This is a 6-month temporary position:

Your Profile
- Ideally, experience with logistics processes in a retail company or freight forwarding firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as basic knowledge of SAP
- Ability to coordinate across departments and work independently
- Good command of English and German
