Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the Employee Satisfaction Initiative (ESI) project in the EMEA region, including implementation, ongoing support, action management and process optimisation
  • Conducting and analysing pulse checks, exit interviews and onboarding surveys as well as deriving and implementing appropriate measures to improve the results
  • Interface to IT for the digitalisation and further development of HR processes, with a focus on structure, efficiency and user-friendliness
  • Development and implementation of programmes to increase employee engagement and promote a positive corporate culture, in close coordination with the Global Change & Culture Team
  • Supporting managers and teams in the implementation of change processes and promoting an open and solution-orientated communication culture
  • Supporting the CoE project and other initiatives to optimise the corporate culture in the EMEA region
  • Conception and implementation of training courses and regular reporting to the global organisation

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, psychology, organisational development or a similar field
  • Experience in change management, in promoting employee engagement and corporate culture as well as in data analysis, ideally in an international environment
  • High IT affinity and the ability to design and drive digital HR processes
  • Structured, process-orientated way of working and strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (fluent); other language skills an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and a high degree of social competence and empathy
