Your tasks
- Support the HR Business Partners in implementing HR topics from onboarding to offboarding, including the creation of relevant documents such as contracts, certificates, references, etc.
- Serve as a contact person for employees regarding administrative HR questions
- Perform all administrative and organizational HR tasks
- Assist the HR Business Partners in applicant management, e.g., creating job postings, pre-selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, and recruiting students
- Maintain data in HR systems
- Participate in HR projects and the digitization of HR processes
- Support in the areas of employer branding and employee retention
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or commercial training with initial professional experience
- Additional qualification in the HR field is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
- Reliable, conscientious, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- High customer orientation, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as organizational talent
