Your tasks

• Supporting the Knowledge Management team with organisation and maintenance (e.g. adding new content, managing user rights, maintaining data structures)
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of knowledge management content and materials, for example by creating and revising documentation, manuals and guidelines
• Contributing to the creation of creative training videos and tutorials on knowledge management topics and tools, e.g. how to efficiently document knowledge or share best practices
• Designing and maintaining SharePoint content (e.g. structuring our internal Knowledge Management pages, regular updates and news)
• Active participation in the further development of our knowledge management to improve access to knowledge in the company and promote innovation
• Supporting the optimisation of processes and workflows in knowledge management, e.g. by creating automations with Microsoft Power Automate
• Creating initial use cases in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) for knowledge management in order to better utilise the potential of data-based systems

Your profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration, knowledge management or a comparable field of study
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Interest in knowledge management, digitalisation and further education
• Creativity and the ability to contribute and implement innovative ideas
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of other tools such as SharePoint and Power Automate is an advantage
• Enjoy learning and helping to shape the company and the ability to think outside the box
• Good organisational skills and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and reliability
• Good knowledge of German and English
