Michel Reybier Hospitality in Zurich is seeking a dedicated Hotel Applications Support professional to join our internal Hotel Applications team. You will help support and develop our hotel applications, notably protel PMS and Lightspeed POS, bridging hotel operations and IT.
You will manage 1st and 2nd line support, create documentation, deliver staff training, and travel to hotels for go-lives and rollouts.
