Role Description
The Head of Finance at Largo will lead all financial planning, management, and reporting activities for the organization. This full-time onsite role includes overseeing budgeting processes, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The Head of Finance will manage cash flow, support strategic decision-making with financial analysis, and develop policies and controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. The role will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate investments, optimize resource allocation, and support Largo’s growth within the film technology sector. The Head of Finance will also mentor finance team members and implement best practices in financial operations and risk management.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to lead strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, analysis, and presentation to senior leadership.
- Experience in Budgeting, with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize budgets across departments.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, model scenarios, and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Prior leadership experience in a finance role, preferably in technology, media, or entertainment industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
- Comfort working in a onsite environment, with effective communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
