The Role You will: Advise the business on a broad range of Compliance and regulatory matters Conduct Compliance monitoring and support the development of the monitoring framework Assess regulatory developments and help translate requirements into practical solutions Review new and changing business processes from a Compliance perspective Support the identification and management of Compliance risks Work closely with other risk and control functions Support internal and external reviews and follow up on identified actions Contribute to Compliance reporting and governance activities Take ownership of individual Compliance topics and improvement initiatives Your Background We are interested in speaking with candidates who have: Experience within Compliance, regulatory consulting, risk or audit in financial services A good understanding of the German and European regulatory environment (e.g. WpHG, KWG, MaComp, MaRisk, MiFID II) Experience in regulatory advisory, monitoring or Compliance controls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confidence working with different business stakeholders A proactive and independent working style Fluent German and strong English
