The role will focus on leading our global payroll operations, optimizing HR systems, and ensuring compliance across multiple geographies. If you have a strong background in global payroll management, HRIS implementation, and systems optimization, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job. /ppbThe job in brief: /b /ppbWorking model /b – hybrid from Switzerland /ppbTeam /b – you will join the People Operations team /ppbLevel /b – Manager, reporting to Head of Payroll /ppbContract /b – Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week) /ppbWhat your impact will be: /b /ppLead end-to-end global payroll operations for all countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations. /ppOwn and manage all HR Systems (HRIS/HCM) globally, acting as the primary system administrator and continuous improvement driver. /ppLead global HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring seamless integration with other internal systems (e.g., Finance). /ppEnsure global payroll and HR systems compliance and security protocols are met. /ppManage relationships with external payroll providers and HRIS vendors worldwide. /ppDevelop and maintain global reporting metrics on payroll, HR data, and systems performance for senior leadership. /ppProvide expert guidance on best practices for payroll and HR systems configuration and data integrity. /ph3Qualifications /h3pbYour expertise: /b /ppProven (at least 7 years) experience in Global Payroll management and HR Systems administration (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle). /ppDeep knowledge of complex multi-country payroll processes and compliance requirements. /ppStrong experience in leading HRIS implementation, integration, and optimization projects. /ppDemonstrated ability to embrace change and challenge the status quo to improve operational efficiency. /ppStrong ownership of the global HR Systems perimeter, with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously. /ppExcellent communication skills in English is essential.
