Job Description

We are looking for aHR Administrator (Germany) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are skilled in organisation and communication, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.

The job in brief:

Job Title – HR Administrator (Germany) – part-time up to 25 hours

Working model – hybrid with office in Munich

Team – you will join the local HR team within the People & Talent Growths department.

Level – Professional

What your impact will be :

  • Managing and maintaining employee records (both electronic and physical)
  • Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, and employee references
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes

Payroll and Compensation:

  • Assisting with the preparation and execution of the monthly payroll
  • Managing employee absences, such as vacations and sick leave

Employee Support:

  • Acting as the point of contact for employees regarding employment contracts, payroll issues, and employee benefits
  • Assisting in the coordination of training and development programs

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Preparing documents and work materials for new employees

HR Tools and Systems:

  • Maintaining HR software systems, entering and updating employee data
  • Ensuring data integrity and compliance with applicable data protection regulations

Qualifications

Your expertise:

Experience in an HR role, preferably in an administrative setting

Completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification

Experience of working in an organization with an overseas Head Office

Basic understanding of labor law and payroll

Able to work in cross-cultural environments.

Fluent language skills in German and English (written & spoken)
