Job Description We are looking for a results-driven sales professional, who is self-motivated and hungry for success. The role requires a highly organized, dynamic, analytical, creative and client-focused individual, with a strong background in sales and business development, who will maximize media revenue and profits for the group. Key Responsibilities Drive Media Sales revenue – Digital Display, Branded Content, Sponsorship, Creative Solutions, Programmatic/ Data Accustomed to 8 external meetings a week Adapt to new business opportunities, create sales solutions, and present these to market Build, maintain and manage relationships with Agencies, Trading Desks, independent trading desks and other demand sources Sell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product, without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategy Independently build and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked Work closely with the Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts Extensive experience in driving media sales revenue, and negotiating at a senior level Experience in sales and business development Demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets Exceptional presentation and communication skills Experience in structuring and negotiating deals in this space Fluency in French and English Ideally coming from an agency or publisher background Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot, and make strategic business recommendations Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products Previous experience in travel, technology, and/or consumer internet Abilities/qualities Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail Proactive team player Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude Autonomous and independent Additional Information By joining our company, you will have the chance to: Join a dynamic team in an inclusive-international environment Grow thanks to the career journey and our internal mobility perspective Manage your own schedule thanks to the flexible start and end of the working day Work a shorter working week (36h), of which 4 hours on Friday morning Get focus time for learning, development and deep work on Friday mornings Work partially or fully remote according to local laws Enjoy continuous training thanks to our company platform Benefit from employee discounts on travel Receive 2 days off per year for the purpose of volunteering Welfare platform (Corporate Benefits) where you will find dedicated discounts with more than 1500 partners #J-18808-Ljbffr
