Responsibilities
- You assist the head waiter in the dining room service. - You ensure the setting of tables before service. - You ensure the cleanliness of the dining room and the smooth running of the service. - You collaborate effectively with the kitchen and the entire dining room team.
Profile sought
- You have initial experience in catering, including as part of an internship or work-study programme. - You have an excellent appearance, are courteous and possess a real sense of service. - You are dynamic, responsive and enjoy teamwork. - You are able to follow instructions and work effectively under pressure. - You know the rules of hygiene and food safety. - You master French; knowledge of English or another foreign language is an asset.
