Responsibilities:
- Shipment of international orders, rental and demo equipment incl. tracking
- Organization of forwarding collections
- Preparation of shipping and export documents such as carnets, proformas, confirmations of arrival, Intrastat declarations, customs documents
- International order processing (creation of order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices)
- Follow-up of orders and status updates to the customer
- Checking of incoming payments and timely dispatch of goods
- Interface function between the sales, purchasing, production and logistics departments
- Maintenance of master data
Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar position (Especially export / customs)
- ERP knowledge
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent in German and English – every additional language is a benefit
