PreSales and Delivery Engineer (m/f/x)
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-sales technical support, generation of RFI/RFP responses
- Technical consulting and requirements capture
- Conceptual system design, Scope of Work creation
- Technical presentations, Product demonstrations, System PoCs and support for tradeshows
- Projects and commissioning, with a focus on IP infrastructure projects
- Configuration, and programming of the products / system
- Deliver system solutions, commissioning remote and/or on-site of products
- Assist in After-Sales support process
- Technical troubleshooting (remote/on-site)
- Adherence to established processes and tools
- Close cooperation with the Lawo headquarter in Rastatt
YOUR PROFILE
- Education in the broadcast, audio, electrical engineering, or a related field is required
- Network/IT knowledge
- Experience in the broadcast environment, on-air broadcast operations, IP projects
- Expertise in operational workflow
- Passion for new technology
- Structured way of working and problem-solving ability
- Driven by delivering service excellence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – Spanish, English required
- Ability to work alone with little or no supervision
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Readiness for international and local travel – 30% to 50%
