Strategic Product Developer wmd

We are seeking an experienced strategic Product Developer to elevate our product development process.

The ideal candidate will take a hands-on approach, synthesizing and running our product discovery process, engaging with our customer advisory board, and mapping the customer journey. This includes steering our transition towards an AI-enabled production process. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with teams in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Content, and Legal.

Your mission

1. Enhance our product with AI-enabled features.
2. Coordinate and drive AI enablement activities across the company.
3. Manage the product discovery process, design our product roadmap, and chair the Product Decision Board.
4. Oversee product testing, coordinate customer feedback collection, and lead the Customer Advisory Board.
5. Advocate for customer needs and ensure their voice influences business decisions.
6. Drive excellent customer experiences and continuously improve the customer journey.
7. Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable strategies in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Content teams.

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product design, development, and business development.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong interest and experience in AI and technology-related projects.
• Leadership qualities with a vision-driven mindset, challenging the status quo.
• Effective communicator capable of explaining vision and functionalities to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs.
• Expertise in EdTech, RegTech, and software-based businesses.
• Experience in setting up and managing high-priority strategic projects.
