I’m looking for a (Senior) Concept Engineer to play a key role in robotic concept development during the pre‑sales process, helping businesses understand the value of modular robotic automation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored automation concepts.
• Convert requirements into technically sound, cost‑efficient robot automation concepts.
• Prepare and deliver demos, simulations, and proof‑of‑value concepts showcasing real impact.
• Act as the technical expert in sales conversations, making complex robotics understandable.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Ops) to coordinate schedules and deliverables.
• Capture customer insights and help influence product development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in technical pre‑sales, automation, robotics, or mechanical design.
• Strong proficiency in CAD programs (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) or simulation tools.
• Problem‑solving and creativity for developing automation solutions.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Independence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in German or English.

Flexible working options: hybrid on‑site in Munich or remote from other regions across Germany; travel to HQ and customer sites.

Salary ranges: €60,000 – €90,000 + bonus + benefits.
