I’m looking for a Senior Customer Value Engineer to play a key role in technical pre-sales, helping businesses understand the value of cutting-edge robotic automation solutions. Working closely with sales teams, you’ll develop customized automation concepts, deliver compelling demos, and guide customers in adopting innovative robotic solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Technical Consulting: Act as the go-to technical expert, supporting sales teams and showcasing the value of automation.
• Automation Solution Design: Develop and customize automation concepts, conducting feasibility studies and simulations.
• Demos & Presentations: Create and deliver engaging demonstrations to showcase technical solutions.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide customer insights to improve products.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships and ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in technical pre-sales, automation, robotics, or mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD programs (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) or simulation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and creativity skills for developing automation solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, making complex tech easy to understand.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.
