Associate (f/m/x) Banking / Finance / Corporate Law A leading mid‑sized commercial law firm with a strong (inter)national focus is seeking a dedicated associate with a focus on Banking / Corporate / Finance Law to further strengthen its Finance department in Vienna.

Your Profile:
Completed degree in law or business law from an Austrian university, (ideally) as well as completed court clerkship
Ideally, initial professional experience in a company and/or in finance/corporate law; however, we also encourage career starters with internship and/or traineeship experience to apply
A strong willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Excellent German (C2) and English (B2/C1) language skills
Commitment, team spirit, and a structured, independent work style
Your responsibilities will include:
An exciting mix of transaction work, contract drafting, and complex cross‑practice legal issues
Advising borrowers as well as international and domestic financial institutions on acquisition, real estate, and syndicated financing (including sustainability‑linked ESG financing)
Collaborating on complex transactions, including contract drafting, legal opinions, and cross‑disciplinary issues
Preparing memoranda and legal opinions
Handling civil and corporate law matters and issues
Playing a leading role in international projects
