Important: This is a bilingual role. You must be fluent in BOTH German and English, with the confidence to advise customers, build relationships and close sales in either language.
Every additional language is a BIG PLUS.
Heads-up on hours: Our U.S. customers are awake when Berlin winds down, so this role includes regular late shifts (up to 01:00).
What you'll do
- Talk to travellers, understand their dream trip and turn it into a booking
- Own your customers from first conversation to close
- Work with AI and our Curation team to create incredible tailor-made trips
- Manage your pipeline and hit ambitious sales targets
- Help shape how we sell as we grow
You’ll be great at this if you...
- Speak fluent German AND English (C1 or above in both is essential)
- Love sales, people and closing deals
- Bring energy, ownership and a can-do mindset
- Love discovering the world and sharing that excitement with others
- Are based in Berlin and enjoy working from the office
Travel-industry experience is great, but sales talent, curiosity and attitude matter more than the perfect CV.
