What awaits you: Your main task will be to manage production and thus ensure the smooth operation of the production plant focused on the production of ceramic tiles. You will play a key role in planning and organizing production processes, optimizing production capacities and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will coordinate and plan production activities across production. Your position will also include managing the warehouse of packaging materials and auxiliary materials to ensure production. management and coordination of the entire production process Monitoring and evaluation of KPIs ensuring smooth and, above all, efficient production in accordance with adherence to technological procedures, quality and health and safety optimization of production processes, work on increasing efficiency and thus reducing production costs Leadership, motivation, evaluation and performance control of subordinate employees close cooperation with other departments – quality, maintenance, planning, Operative Troubleshooting in Production support in the introduction of new products and technologies Communication with suppliers, customers What we require: Technical universities/secondary schools long-term experience in team management at least 3 years of experience in a similar position organizational skills, active approach category B driving licence knowledge of English at least at B1 level No other open positions are currently available.
