If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story.

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

  • Match invoices to purchase orders and approvals, resolving discrepancies as required.

  • Ensure accurate posting of invoices, including General Ledger, cost centres and VAT coding.

  • Prepare payment proposals and support payment runs in line with company policies.

  • Reconcile supplier accounts, open items and AP balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies.

  • Maintain vendor master data and ensure the accuracy of banking and tax information.

  • Act as the key contact for supplier and internal stakeholder queries.

  • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals and reporting.

  • Perform intercompany invoice processing and reconciliations.

  • Support process improvements, automation initiatives and internal controls.

  • Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and other finance activities as required.

  • Assist with audits and ad hoc finance projects.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.

  • Good understanding of accounting principles, VAT and General Ledger accounting.

  • Experience with ERP systems and electronic invoice workflows; Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Service-oriented, proactive and comfortable communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages, particularly German or French, are an advantage.

  • Commercial education or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
