We are supporting one of our clients, a highly regarded international law firm, in their search for a Banking & Finance Associate. Their Capital Markets and Banking team plays a key role in handling complex financial transactions, structured finance deals, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions. This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with top-tier professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional legal solutions.
With offices in major global financial hubs, you will contribute to high-profile cases and provide strategic guidance to clients worldwide. To strengthen their team, we are assisting in the recruitment of a Capital Markets and Banking/Regulatory Associate. Advise clients on a broad spectrum of financial law matters.
Support clients with intricate financing transactions and regulatory mandates spanning multiple jurisdictions. Draft, review, and negotiate financial agreements while staying updated on market developments and best practices. Deliver commercially focused legal guidance.
Share expertise and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base. Work closely with key industry players and legal professionals across different regions. A European-qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in capital markets, banking, regulatory law, or related areas.
Strong academic background. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French (German is an advantage). Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Confidence in communicating under pressure. Ability to influence and persuade effectively.
A proactive and commercially minded approach. A strong team player with an innovative and solution-driven mindset. Experience in managing client relationships.
