Job Description
Our client is a leading international law firm providing specialized legal services in banking & finance law, corporate law, dispute resolution, employment law, investment funds, and tax law . As a Senior Litigation Lawyer , you will play a key role in managing complex disputes across multiple legal fields.
Your responsibilities will include: Handling and resolving pre-litigation and civil and commercial litigation cases. Providing strategic legal advice tailored to clients' specific needs. Representing clients before courts and arbitration tribunals in Luxembourg.
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers , ensuring knowledge development and professional growth. Collaborating closely with other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions. Participating in business development initiatives , maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
Staying up to date with regulatory and legislative changes that may impact clients and the firm. As a Senior Litigation Lawyer , your qualifications and skills include: You are registered as "Avocat à la Cour". Fluency in both English and French (additional languages are a plus).
