About the Job:Are you passionate about optimizing websites to rank higher on search engines? LeadAdvisors.com is looking for an SEO Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in technical SEO. In this role, you will be responsible for improving website performance, conducting audits, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and ensuring best practices for search engine visibility.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz).
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, core web vitals, and indexing issues.
• Experience with structured data (schema markup) and site architecture optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic SEO-related adjustments).
• Familiarity with website migration, domain changes, and redirect strategies.
• Ability to interpret SEO data and create actionable reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify SEO issues and implement fixes.
• Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, URL structures, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Execute technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness.
• Perform keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to enhance SEO effectiveness.
