Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Experience with community engagement and audience interaction.
• Proficiency in Canva (designing posts, templates, and branding assets).
• Ability to create both long-form and short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to social media trends and algorithm changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and create engaging content for Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
• Design visually appealing graphics using Canva for posts, stories, and ads.
• Create long-form and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to enhance engagement.
• Track and analyze social media performance, making data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral content strategies.
