As a Business Partner, you will combine
sales and business development expertise
with a passion for
leadership development facilitation and coaching

Develop Business & Drive Sales : Build relationships, generate leads, and close deals for leadership development solutions.
Deliver Impactful Programs : Facilitate and coach leadership development journeys using LMI’s structured, goal-directed process.
Grow Your Own Business : Scale your practice with full entrepreneurial freedom and a clear path to success.
Join a Global Network : Collaborate with like-minded professionals in Switzerland, Germany, and across 80+ countries.
Who You Are
Purpose-driven and passionate about developing people and organizations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong
sales orientation .
Growth mindset and resilience.
At least 10 years of business, leadership or management experience.
Ready to take ownership of your success and build a scalable business.
