The Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Specialist is a field-based seller responsible for driving sales within the product portfolio.

What you will be doing :

1. Identify and pursue net-new Sprinklr Service opportunities across existing customers and new prospects.
2. Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) on existing opportunities and manage a set of key targeted accounts within your assigned territory.
3. Partner with channel partners in the CCaaS ecosystem, working closely with our Alliances team.
4. Negotiate and close large deals within your territory, engaging decision-makers such as CMOs and CTOs to build tailored solutions that help clients succeed.
5. Proactively seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and referrals, continuously enhancing industry and market knowledge.
6. Lead change and innovation as Sprinklr continues to influence the Customer Experience revolution, understanding the impact of social media platforms on organizational functions.

Who are you, and what makes you qualified?

• You have 4+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in Customer Care/Customer Service industries, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience selling CCaaS, Customer Service software, IT Service Management, or CRM software.
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team-selling environment.
• Experience working with channel partners in referral or resell models.
• You are confident, top-performing, and possess a winning mindset.
• You persevere and are fearless in fast-paced markets.
• You have a growth mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Empathy and relationship-building skills are your strengths, enabling you to connect across all organizational levels.
• You embody the Sprinklr Way culture, emphasizing relationships and customer success.
• Business-level fluency in German and English.
