They also take ownership of tools and automations around development, release and testing.
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join a newly formed team with the mission to realize an environment that enables a swift, continuous, and enjoyable delivery of high-value features. Having experience with methods of software testing for features powered by GenAI is a welcomed bonus.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Partner with product teams, learn from them and understand the challenges they face, e.g. by embedding into teams
- Research and engineer approaches to improve developer satisfaction and increase developer velocity
- Spanning the entire process of designing, building, testing, deploying, releasing, and monitoring
- Areas cover release task automation, testing automation (Performance, end2end, etc.)
- AI testing automation for generative AI based features (Quality and confidence of results)
- Provide and promote TDD , best practises, new tools, trainings as enablement
- Lead cross-team and -tribe initiatives
- Help improve teams engineering culture, e.g. defining best practices, tech debt, pair programming, etc.
- Be part of a safe team that is willing to grow together
- Mentor and coach other engineers in the areas of developer experience
WHAT IS OUR TECH STACK?
