Cost Manager – Data Centre
Leap29 Vienna, Austria (On-site) Contract: 12 Months with potential permanent opportunity Start: ASAP Rate: Competitive Sector: Data Centre / Mission Critical Leap29 is currently supporting a major Data Centre project in Vienna and is looking for an experienced Cost Manager to join the project team on an initial 12-month contract. This is a client-facing position working closely with the Project Director, construction teams and wider MEP delivery team, supporting the commercial and cost management of a major Data Centre development. Responsibilities
Manage and monitor project costs across Electrical, MEP and Construction packages Maintain cost forecasts, budgets and project cost reporting Track committed and actual expenditure against project budgets Support the management of variations, change orders and additional works Review contractor and subcontractor commercial submissions Identify cost risks and potential budget impacts Support procurement and commercial evaluation of project packages
