Your Opportunity

This is a net-new role: it didn't exist because the discipline is newly emerging at Leapsome, where we build our HR team like product managers, and centre our work in impact and outcomes for the business. You'll own Talent and Interface Design within our People & Talent team — the work infrastructure behind how our own team operates, spanning Leapsome configuration, workflows, policies as products, and talent cycle architecture. You'll work in a squad model, alongside Human Experience Design and Coaching & Mentoring, building and maintaining world-class People Experiences, all owned by our VP People Strategy & Operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the full interface architecture at Leapsome, with a focus on candidate-facing, but a voice on internal-facing workflows and systems
• Anchor your work in recruitment and talent cycle design, understanding the employee journey from hire to retire
• Owning recruitment cycles across the business, with experience sourcing, building pipelines, and managing open roles
• Speaking at external events and being an advocate for Leapsome's product and work in the DE market

Your Profile

• Fluent in German
• Excited to operate the fundamentals of a world-class talent function, with experience across recruitment and talent management
• Comfortable speaking at external events, with a history of writing, speaking, podcasts, or public advocacy
• Able to own Recruitment and Talent messaging in the DE market for our team and product voice
• A specific focus on automations and AI-literacy, with professional experience building and using cutting edge talent tools using AI
