Our Bremen facility, with approximately 1,000 employees, supplies complete seats and seat systems to premium automotive manufacturers on a just-in-sequence basis. To support our continued success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead all production operations, including C-Line, AC-Line, Sifi-Line, and APS Assembly.
• Drive performance in quality, delivery, productivity, and cost management to achieve plant objectives.
• Contribute as a key member of the plant leadership team and support the strategic development of the site.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on all production-related topics.
• Manage budgets and cost centers while ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams, ensuring the required skills and competencies are maintained.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and operational standards.

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a production environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Solid understanding of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
