Secretary/ Assistant to the Management (m/f/d)
The Lechner Group is a medium-sized group of companies with 500 employees operating in the business fields of turnkey construction, modular construction and project development. For over 115 years, we have stood for diversity, reliability and progress in construction. For our team and to support the management, we are looking for a conscientious and trustworthy personality, who supports our management with pleasure and commitment.
To this end, you will manage projects, prepare decisions and help to ensure that both projects are driven forward and day-to-day business functions smoothly. If you enjoy a varied range of tasks, like to deal with and analyze figures on the one hand and enjoy communicating with customers, suppliers and employees on the other, then you are exactly right with us.
Tasks
As assistant (m/f/d) to the management, you will convince us with your structured and organized way of working. Your responsibilities will focus on the following activities:
- Creating presentations, Excel and Word documents
- Processing of general correspondence (including in English)
- Preparing meeting minutes and tracking appointments
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, events and customer visits
- General support in the area of administration
Your Profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial work experience in a commercial environment
- You have already gained some professional experience in the secretarial or assistance field
- You are a strong communicator and have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have good knowledge of the common MS-Office programs, especially MS-Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge in the area of finance/controlling is an advantage
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- You have a friendly appearance and strong communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality complete your profile
