Legal Counsel

New opportunity for a Legal Counsel in the Energy Sector Are you a Legal Counsel looking for a broad, hands-on in-house role with real impact? For one of our clients in the energy sector we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team, supporting Switzerland with a wider focus across the DACH region.
Are you experienced in:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (procurement, trading, and similar agreements)
Advising on insolvency and enforcement law matters
Supporting compliance with public law requirements, including public tenders
Providing legal counsel throughout all phases of complex projects, from planning and procurement to commissioning
Managing and coordinating external law firms
If you also bring these skills to the table, we look forward to your application:
Law degree, ideally with a focus on Swiss commercial or regulatory law
At least 3 years of relevant experience, gathered in-house in an industrial environment
Full professional fluency in German and English
Independent, hands-on, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
