Overview
In this role you shape customer relationships and drive service performance across supply chain functions. You will be the voice of the customer within the branch, coordinating with multiple functions to ensure demand is understood and fulfilled. You lead production planning, logistics and inventory management while coaching your team to high performance. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers as primary contact
- Proactively manage changing customer demand for best-in-class service
- Lead resolution of order, delivery and service-related issues with a customer-first mindset
- Oversee production planning, warehouse operations and inventory management
- Drive inbound and outbound logistics performance to support efficiency
- Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time delivery targets
- Manage and optimise material flow from supplier to customer
- Lead and develop the team, fostering continuous learning and succession planning
- Champion a safe, engaged, high-performing workplace culture
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master in relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Operations, Business)
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in customer service, supply chain, manufacturing or operations (ideally automotive)
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, resilient, and composed under pressure
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kanban, VSM, etc.)
