Job Description
The Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden e. V. (IPF) develops innovations in materials science for the fields of resources, health and information. The IPF employs about 500 people in five scientific institutes, administration and technical services. New topics and methods are increasingly explored in flexible research structures such as independent junior groups. Student assistant (No: 023-25)
The Division Polymer Biomaterials Science, the Department Electronic Tissue Technologies is looking for a student assistent with 39 hours per month.
- Development of data acquisition systems for medical electrodes
- Testing and analysing the electrical performance of medical electrodes
- Enrolled student at a university in the field of electrical engineering or a related discipline
- Interest in medical technologies
- Experience with LabVIEW software is an advantage
Soft Skills:
- the ability to work independently and conscientiously
- good communication skills in English
A position in a leading research institute, combined with a highly specialised working environment in the Electronic Tissue Technologies research group. You will contribute to the development of biomedical technologies with the aim of connecting biological systems and machines.
