The (Field) Service Engineer (f/m/d) is responsible for the technical setup, operation, maintenance, and optimization of Leica Biosystems equipment provided by the European Demonstration Centre (EDC).
The role ensures that all demo environments consistently deliver best‑in‑class performance for customer demonstrations, training sessions, workflow simulations, and internal evaluations This position is part of the EMEA Customer Excellence organization.
You will report to the Manager EDC Workshop , working as part of the team that prepares, inspects, maintains and repairs demonstration, loan and field-returned Leica Biosystems equipment.
You will work closely with the Workshop Team Leader, Service, Applications, Digital Pathology, Training and support teams to ensure demo assets are ready, compliant and able to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
