As part of the continued growth of the Innovation Hub and the Ventures division, we are looking for a Finance & Controlling Support professional. The primary focus of the role is the Innovation Hub, with additional support for the Ventures division in controlling, reporting, and analysis activities.

Solid background in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; experience with OneStream adds a clear advantage
Exposure to international working environments, ideally in a matrix organization
Structured and reliable working style, combined with a high level of ownership and accuracy
Strong analytical mindset with confidence handling financial data and reporting tools
Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
