Overview
In this senior role, you will lead operational requirements analysis to support DISA GSM-O II cyber capabilities. You’ll shape planning using the Joint Planning Process and weave MRT-C outputs into operational plans, guiding mission risk assessments and posture planning. You’ll collaborate with DISA, CCMDs, and senior leaders to translate insights into actionable decisions that influence cyber strategy and mission outcomes. Based in Stuttgart, you will drive cross-domain planning and strategic cyber effects in the European theater.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead strategic and operational planning with the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Incorporate MRT-C outputs into plans (OPLANS, CONPLANS, BASEPLANS, Campaign Plans) to communicate risk across stakeholders
- Support CCMD planning, exercises, and cyber-focused mission integration
- Analyze technical/operational data to identify issues and propose actionable cyber/operational solutions
- Provide clear, decision-quality recommendations to senior leadership
- Evaluate joint needs statements and define capability requirements using DOTMLPF-P
- Identify capability gaps and propose optimization for mission effectiveness and investment
- Coordinate with DISA, CCMDs, and partners to align cyber efforts
- Brief O5/O6, SES, and flag/General officers on cyber strategy and mission risk
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Proven expertise in Functional Mission Analysis
- Experience developing strategic and operational cyberspace plans
- Strong knowledge of DISA and DoD networks and environments
- Experience supporting CCMDs, especially in the European theater
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior leadership briefing experience
