Position:Head of Inside Sales & Global Applications - Industry (m/w/d)

What makes your success possible:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of managerial experience in technical sales, ideally within the power, energy, or food sectors
- A proven track record of leading global sales teams, with experience in rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors) being a significant advantage
- Excellent command of both German and English (written and spoken), combined with high intercultural competence; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills; experience with Salesforce is an advantage
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and change initiatives, characterized by a hands‑on mentality and a strong drive for execution
Where you can make a difference:
- Lead & continuously develop the global Inside‑Sales organization for the Center of Excellence (Industry)
- Create and execute new offering, pricing strategies and define relevant KPIs
- Improve proposal quality, boost conversion rates, and shorten lead‑to‑quote cycle times
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, QA, Engineering & Project Management
- Drive and support change‑management projects that enhance agility and performance
- Build deep industry‑and application‑specific know-how
