We are seeking someone who wishes to commit long-term to a rapidly developing practice, where quality reception, organisation and teamwork are at the heart of our activity.
Fluent English essential
Your duties
- Welcoming and attending to patients - Managing telephone calls and the diary - Medical correspondence - Administrative tasks - Close collaboration with the doctor and occupational therapist
Your profile
- Training as a medical secretary - Experience in a medical practice or hospital environment preferred - Excellent organisation and sense of priorities - Autonomy, rigour and discretion - Very good IT skills - Welcoming manner, empathy and team spirit
We offer
- Position at 80%, with possible increase to 90% - 6 weeks’ holiday - Daytime hours, stable, weekdays, no overtime (Friday off) - Modern practice in Nyon, small team (one doctor, one occupational therapist, one medical assistant and one secretary) - Supportive working environment - Opportunities for advancement depending on responsibilities taken and practice development
